I think it's pretty much common sense that BETTER ALONE is the strongest song out of all those, but i'm not sure if it'd work as a come back single, it has to be something edgier, faster, maybe LAST NIGHT ON EARTH.

I stil think it has to be one thats upbeat and sure to get noticed!!!! As much as i like better alone (only heard the bootleg) im not too sure if it would be a good choice for a 1st single!!! yeah its a deep and meaningful song, but it aint standin out to me! Sorry!!
At the end of the day im sure melanie will make the right decision (bet she has done already, WHAT IS IT?!?!?!)
Although i originally voted for "Last Night On Earth" im begining to think "Superstar" would be a great come back in the sense of it would be much talked about cause what mel's basically saying about the music industry (and its my fav out the Barfly songs)!

its so hard for me to pick just one,in each of the new songs i find something catchy and i really cant make up mind which one could make the best single.my fave one is better alone hough i would see that as a third single or something,i agree with the opinion that mela has to do a strong comeback so a rockier and edgier track like the others would suit more.

I think although I love Better Alone, Last Night On Earth should be first single as its ma fave upbeat rock track, and she's already said that the plan for the first single is to rock out.
