is her appearance 100% confirmed? would love to consider but summer is a bit tricky time and the crowd might be too huge for my liking. if u go hope u can see some sights as well like the needles, alumn bay and just the cliffs in general.

Hope she plays there, cos I adore that festival! and has international coverage, so there's a big chance I can see Melanie on TV!!
Last time I saw her on tv was for her Isle of Wight, and here they show it a year later; but anyway, I can see it along with lots of people who don't know Melanie, this is so great for her in many ways!!!

She sorta mentioned it in a radio interview this week and I figured since I've been wanting to go to such a festival for years and years, I might just as well get a ticket for this one.

Not a full confirm though...

Too bad the camping seems to be zoned up, or otherwise we could make a Melanie Village :lol:

Just called in and it turns out the camping does not actually have alocated spots, so we would be allowed to form a village of Melanie Worshippers then, provided we arrive around the same time so we have room in the same area.

That would be a cool thing to do imho :lol:

If only she'd confirm officially! Like, black on white in writing somewhere, not just a mention on a radio show...

She's now on the line up on the official IOW website - Sunday on the Garden Stage.

Bought me ticket back in November so Melanie being there is an extra treat, Garden Stage last year was very good too - nice chilled out setting. Can't wait!
