Just like "Shannon" just random different spelling. That's where the difference ends, but for some random reason I've heard a very broad spectrum of different pronunciations of my name! Including (but not limited to) Shamon, Sharon, Sha-naaaaaaan (why the last syllable gets extended I'll never know!), Shayna, and Sha-na-naaa :lol:

I get a good little chuckle out of it (especially when random letters that don't exist in the spelling just appear when they say my name!)!
