hay how on here can not go with out there day without the caffeine . I can not drink it if it is hot hot out its been over 5 week sinc i drank anything with any caffeine it if funny i can go 5 week without the stuff but i can not go without a melanie c song for more then 2day how about you all
I get my caffeine from teas. But because I have awful work hours, sometimes I go for those 5-Hour Energy Drinks (hate the taste of Monster and Red Bull)....
but I've laid low on caffeine and am now relying on the complete opposite... Ambien (for insomnia). LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Out like a log and no side effects or waking up groggy!!!!
I can go awhile without Melanie C... but when it's back to melanie C. its like a drug... can't get enough
yeah that monster and redbull is strong but i do not like drinking it . I like coffee and tea and coke and pepsi . the redbull and monster i drink onec in a blue moon but the suger crash is to much for one drinck to be on . are we the the two people who drinck stuff with caffeien in it

I'm over energetic to begin with, so I try to limit my caffeine. I have a cup of coffee every now and then if I'm groggy in the morning, and sometimes diet soda or tea, but that's it. I made the mistake of trying a Red Bull a few weeks ago, the sugar free kind mind you, and found myself literally running in circles around the kitchen and living room, totally unable to sit down or stop... Then I had a dance party by myself And this was after 10 hours of working day camp in the Texas summer heat No energy drinks for me ever again

LOL I can imagine I once made the mistake of drinking coffee an hour before a figure skating lesson, at a time when I seldom drank caffeine. I was ended up really jittery on the ice, which was less than ideal.

wow you must have a lot of energy in you not to drink caffeine each day
You have hit the nail on the head. I'm super energetic and hyperactive. I actually have to exercise frequently to burn off my energy, otherwise I can't sit still. My friends tell me I'm ADHD, but I have a great attention span and I'm not impulsive. I've just got boundless energy.
